An important part of swimming pool water maintenance is having good filtration. For the best experience you will want to have crystal clear water every time.
This requires a pump and some kind of filtration. The most common is sand. Sand filters will remove most fine particles and debris from the water. The larger the pool, the larger the pump required; more water means a greater demand on both units. It is highly recommended that you ask your dealer which pump and filtration unit is advised for your size pool.
Even with correct use of chemicals, your water will only be sanitised by killing off any organic material or bacteria. However once undesirables such as algae have been eliminated, it is the filter’s job to remove dead particles from the water to reduce cloudy water and restore clarity.
